Description

Some features of the costume:

Bullet; Black A scar runs down one cheek, from an old run-in with a slayer tree.
Bullet; Black Polypores growing on the cheeks and patch of exposed bark on the upper arm.  Also patches of lichen and moss.  The tufts of hair sticking out from under the hat are actually beard lichen.
Bullet; Black A pair of hedge scissors in a holster at one hip, doubling as a tool and a defensive weapon.  The shoulder strap has a bandolier holding seeds, plant samples and the like.
Bullet; Black A leather binder holding a stack of field notes, bundled up with a pen and a couple of reference books.
Bullet; Black A makeshift shoulder armour made from an old ventilation vent and some leather, holding some more useful tools: a spade, a fork and a pair of scissors for gathering samples.
Bullet; Black Coat pockets filled with earth and with plants growing from them.  There's also a small plant nestled in the shoulder armour, with a small mirror rigged next to it for observation and lighting.
Bullet; Black Old-fashioned academic clothes, made to look like someone has been living in them in the wilderness for a very long time.
Bullet; Black Rubber boots.  Most likely antiques.
Bullet; Black A small, twisted tree sapling growing from the head, through a hole in the hat.  This is actually some of my own hair, done up with wire, because there's too much of it to hide it all in the hat.  Also because you can do stuff like that when you have dreads, so why wouldn't you. :boogie:
